Shipping

Dispatch Times:

  • Standard orders are generally dispatched within 1–5 days.
  • Custom orders are shipped 1–5 days after production, which typically takes 4–8 weeks. Custom pairs are made-to-order and crafted with care.

Delivery Partners:

  • We primarily use Omniva and DHL for international shipping.
  • Delivery times depend on the carrier, and we cannot take responsibility for delays beyond our control.

Customs and Duties:

  • Shipments outside the EU may be subject to customs and import duties.
  • We include the necessary customs declaration forms with your package, but all duties and costs are the purchaser’s responsibility and are not refundable upon returns or exchanges.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout.
  • The webshop automatically calculates prices for orders up to 5 kg. For larger orders, please contact us for a manual quote.

Sustainable Packaging: We pack efficiently and sustainably, using only what’s essential, including no extra tissue paper beyond what’s needed to maintain the form of the shoes. Our boxes are biodegradable and reusable, made partially from recycled cardboard, hand-stamped and -marked without any additional synthetic compounds. Crushed boxes usually pose no risk to the shoes, as there are no fragile elements.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy:

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  • Email us at info@nonsbarefoot.com to initiate a return. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not the ordered size/model.

Exchanges:

  • We accept exchanges for different sizes or models.
  • Please contact us first to confirm the exchange details.
  • Once agreed upon, return the original item and follow the instructions provided.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

  • If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will guide you through the resolution process.

 

Sustainability 

Most components of No(N)s are biodegradable, and all our models are repairable.

  • We’re happy to provide advice on repair options and solutions.
  • Repair materials are available at an additional cost (not yet available in the webshop but accessible upon request via email). Specific details and pricing will be agreed upon individually.
  • By choosing repair over replacement, you help us promote sustainability and reduce waste.
